Join us via zoom for our show closing with Native American storytelling and song online.  We will be honored to hear from Dennis Garcia and Kat High.  Dennis is  a Chumash/ Fernandino Tatavium Elder. He is a Traditional Chumash Dancer, Storyteller and Song Carrier. He has done many presentations for schools, museums and National Parks. He has done Blessings for the same and many other organizations. A Blessing is done by burning White Sage. He will be telling the Red Tail Hawk and the Kangaroo Mouse story and will sing songs that go with them. 

Kat High is a Native Californian of Hupa descent. She served as the Director and Program Coordinator for the Haramokngna American Indian Cultural Center for over 15 years. Kat is an advisor to the Satwiwa American Indian Cultural Center, The Autry National Center, and the Antelope Valley Indian Museum.  Kat is a member of the California Indian Basketweavers Association, and Neshkinukat, the California Indian artists network.  Kat will be joining in to sing a song and tell a story or two.

We will have a time of sharing and questions via zoom.   Zoom sign in details will be sent the day before the event.
